Vocational Rehabilitation
Resilire’s Vocational Rehabilitation program is a clinically and cost-effective approach designed to serve clients with short and long term care as well as rehabilitation needs with structured activity therapy and supported employment.
The goals of this program are to:
Improve and maintain functional skills
Promote and protect health
Forestall decline
Provide opportunities for continuing education, employment and community reintegration
Contribute to enhanced socialization and behavioral skills
Under the direction of Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), treatment sessions offer specific therapeutic benefits that focus on improving cognitive abilities, emotional stability, behavioral control, and physical functioning.
Each client’s program is highly individualized, based on a comprehensive assessment, individual needs, and preferences. Daily documentation, periodic progress reports, and regular care conferences provide updates on each client’s progress and participation.
